SC.MILLENIUM TRANS IMPEX.SRL is a private-own company, founded in 2000 by Ilie Cobrescu and Cornel Vasile, intended for internal and international transit. The result of our continuous effort by our stockholders and more than 300 employees, our company had a trade turnover of 8468515 RON during 2006 an owns by property or lease a number of 190 different vehicles like: cars ( PEUGEOT, FORD, DACIA) for the use as a taxi, van, mini-bus and buses (VW, MERCEDES, IVECO, ISUSU, MITSUBISHI, SETRA) for the use of regulated or occasional transit on internal and international layouts.
In the taxi department, we work very close with our call center, SC.FLY DISPECERAT.SRL, a member of our companies group that is highly equipped with the best technology on the market, holding the new GPS control system that allows us to track in real time our customers.
Our company also owns 3 out of the 35 bus stations that we work with here in Romania, displaying a high comfort, pursuant to the European Union standards. Presently, we have submitted to the idea to invest in tourism, and as a result of our effort we are currently constructing a twenty rooms, four stars hostel in Ranca Resort, Baia de Fier, Jud.Tg Jiu. Also at Baia de Fier, near Papusa Peak, close to the Olympic snow track that will be finished soon, we have a project for the construction of a four stars hotel together with some SAPARD funds from the European Union.
We also like to inform you that our stockholders are also owners of SC.ALLEGRO MAXI-TAXI.SA, this company being the FIRST PEOPLE CARRIAGE GROUP IN ROMANIA, holding the majority package of 57% shares.
